Which payment methods can be used to pay the partners commission?

The earned commission by the partners can be paid with iDeal, the bulk payment file can be loaded into your bank and paid as a single transaction.

How does the checkout-independent functionality work?

Based on the integration with our API, Shopify app or WooCommerce plugin we will receive the order data per partner. In this way we can compare the total order amount, partner and commission and therefor apply commission to the partner.

Can I decide which partners I want to approve?

Yes, you can create new partners yourselves or share a sign-up link which can be used by a new partner. Each completed sign-up form requires your approval prior to activating the partner. Learn more!

How do we know an partner realized revenue?

Each partner receives a unique URL which will be recognized if an order on your webshop is placed. the earned commission from these orders will be displayed in the Sir Filiate dashboard. 

Can I cancel my subscription monthly?

You can request to cancel your monthly subscription at any point in time, the subscription will be canceled 1 month later.

What does 0% transaction fee mean?

We do not charge transaction fees for the generated orders by partners or payments to partners, there are no hidden costs.

Can I easily upgrade my subscription?

Please send us an email with the plan you would like to start and we will upgrade your account within 2 working days.

Can I add team members with different authorizations?

Yes, depending on your plan you can create additional platform owners or employees. The authorization of employees can be set and adjusted to your requirements.

How is the custom branding such as logo displayed?

The uploaded logo of your brand will be displayed on the partners dashboard and sign-up forms.

How does the partner track his earnings?

The partners of your webshop will receive login credentials to the platform. An partner dashboard will be available on which shows general information such as earned commission and transactions will be shown.
